I was in the market for a Drone, not not sure what to get. I looked up drone services on Google and MTI came up so I went there. Joseph, the owner, spent a good 1/2 hour showing me actual drone models without the intention of me buying anything on the spot. Turns out I went back the same day latter and purchased a beautiful Mavic Air 2. The atmosphere is calming and Joseph is very knowledgeable and is enthusiastic about drones. They do more then just sell products, and it's great to know a professional when you need help.

This is an absolutely fantastic group of people and a first class organization all around.

Quick story- Crashed my drone (Mavic Air) on Saturday afternoon. First crash in over a year of flying and didnt expect to feel so upset...Quick search on google and was suprised and impressed to see this high level of drone company here in the capital region...Gave them a call late on Saturday night, fully expecting to get their business voicemail to leave a message...but an actual human being answered the phone and they knew what they were talking about! This was beyond any reasonable expectation and I was very impressed...Not only did someone smart from the company talk to me and appease my repair concerns, she put me in direct contact with the employee who would actually do the work...This gentleman spoke to me on Monday and gave me some great advise that helped immensely with acquiring potential parts to fix the drone (C19 pandemic supply chain issues). The icing on the cake was that this particular employee happened to live very close to me and I was able to deliver and pick up the repaired drone extremely conveniently. Now please understand that this happened to be blind luck. I would never expect this level of accommodation as a standard business practice but the fact that MTI went out of its way to help me, shows tremendous customer appreciation and service. I should come as no surprise that the repair was made super fast and professionally and the drone is back in the air and flying great!

All around a first class business that went above and beyond anything I could have expected. They kept me informed every step of the way, their pricing was fantastic, their speed was impressive and communication and customer service was absolutely Exceptional.

If you need anything drone related, I wholeheartedly recommend this high-character, responsible, professional and extremely Expert business to meet your needs. Very impressed!

Picked up my first drone (a DJI Mavic Air 2) from MTI Drones on July 9, 2020. This seems to be a well-run company with personnel who focus on good customer service. Met Joe Scaperrota during drone pickup who went over the drone initial setup and operation. He was professional, knowledgeable and did a good job of answering questions and explaining various drone details. You learn a lot about a company when things do not go smoothly. The product I ordered did not work and had to be retuned. Although NONE the issues were caused by MTI and they had no obligation to step in, THEY DID. They insisted on taking the lead with the vendor to get me a replacement, they updated me regularly, then the compensated me well for the time I had to wait. Only an extremely customer focused operation like MTI would spend their time and money making up for the mistakes of another much larger company. They used the words "white glove" service on day one and delivered at that level to the very end. A rare class act.
