Update: The place is empty, because they have fast service as long as you have your paperwork in order.

I am so disappointed with this business . I work 8-5 Monday thru Friday it is very hard for me to get time off from work . I went to this location because of if’s convenience , to get a new license. I got married my last name has changed . I just got my new license in the mail and realized it says “not valid for official federal purposes” ,without the star on it next year I won’t be able to travel with it . The lady who helped me didn’t even offer or mentioned it , I would have paid extra for the not having to go back within a year . I’m so disappointed. Now I will have to take time off again and pay again and hopefully get the star. It shouldn’t been this complicated.

35 min wait for replacement DL. However, KARLA/CARLA whichever way it is spelled was unnecessarily rude. Someone called out, and she was already upset. She treated me as if i was going to be unprepared and she was ready to just tell me to try again some other time. I was patient, didn't say a word to her as i don't do well with confrontation.I also called when i left the office to get her name and she refused, said i was calling the wrong office and so I turned around to get it in person. I've never been here, or met this lady to have been singled out like that.

This was my to go place, everyone was always very helpful and gave excellent customer service. Today is the day that I have to give this place the worst review ever. I’ve given them good reviews in the past, but what happen today has me mind blown. The agent who helped us out today, well I hate to say helped us out because she did nothing really her name is LIZ, she needs to be educated maybe go through training again or if she’s under training she needs some kind of supervision. She is quick to say no to the customer. She is quick to dismiss you. She claims to know what she’s doing and yet doesn’t even have the minimum knowledge of out-of-state documentation. The gentleman to her right who wears glasses should be embarrassed to say that he’s been there for 10 years. With those 10 years of experience, you would expect that he would know how to: 1. Listen and attend to the customers needs 2. Know how to give the best customer service and 3. not be so quick to give a NO when in the end your system ended up giving us what we needed when both of you claimed that you couldn’t do it. unfortunately I’m stuck going back to this place since we’re in buckeye and there’s not many other options. Please give your employees the proper training and teach them how to listen to the customer. When your employees have the “I know everything “ attitude it makes it awkward and embarrassing for them in the end.

Visited this location for a driving license renewal, and I was very impressed with how well they did it. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back if or when I need something related to DMV.
