Great company, very organized and customer service orientated. Would definitely hire On Side again. When our sanitary sewer backed up into our basement and we decided to engage On Side, they quickly responded with the clean up and removal of the contaminated drywall & flooring, Neil , Gerald & James worked quickly and explained what they were doing & why. Our damaged contents were listed complete with photos into a spreadsheet, for our use with our Insurance company, by Raeanne & Paige, who also helped Andrew, James, Michael & Aura moving our processions into our garage . And best of all,the repairs made by Neal, Sean, Gareth & Neil , & they were prompt to arrive at our home and did great work. A special thanks to Des who contacted us daily to set appointments and schedule the work. All of this was well organized by Taylor, Amy Rob and John.

Can't say enough about the excellent service that we received when we had Onside fix our basement. (When we had sewer back-up) We called our insurance and within the hour , Onside was here, with about 4 guys. They immediately went to work, They had to move a lot of stuff, and put it over to the other half of our basement. After that, they started to removed the carpets and lino. They never complained once, about anything. Very happy and friendly workers. (Excellent Job Guys)
*Gareth Barnes did all our drywall, baseboards and door moldings. Garth takes a lot of pride in his work, and does excellent work,. (He is the best.)
My husband and I, could not find any flaws, in anything that he did. All his cut were perfect. He would always called to say when he was coming to work. Cleaned up as he was going, and never left a mess.
*Also, when all the work was finished:
Sean Poston and Rob Adams were the guys that come and check everything out. They are very, very good at what they do, too. Sean and Rob checked everything out. (like with a fine tooth comb.)
They check things that I would not even think of checking . They pointed out things that were done and what to look for. They would both explained things to me, as they were inspecting the finished work.
I was very impressed . They defiantly know their job, every well,. Sean and Rob don't except anything less but perfection.
I would recommend Onside to anyone, that need any work done.

We would like to forward our comment on Gareth's performance on the carpenter who repaired the water damage in our basement. We appreciate the difficulty in repairing an existing damage basement. Garth's skill in repairing the detail wood work is amazing. We have no complaints about any of the work he did. Gareth was very friendly, helpful and easy to get along with. We would recommend Gareth to anyone who needs repairs with Onside. A great company to deal with. I am currently going through a claim in my appt 211 and I would like to express my satisfaction....so far.
Initially we got off to a slow start but as the units in my hallway started to get repaired Onside dedicated a carpenter to my unit. The branch manager Ken helped out on my behalf with the insurance company and the carpenter, Gareth has been outstanding!! I hope this continues to completion and I look forward to updating this review at that time.
