I used OTBx Air recently for a listing in South Natick. The team was very professional and delivered an excellent product. In this time of Covid it is critical to provide potential buyers with tools to view listings online. OTBx provided me with beautiful still photos, a 3D Floor plan with the ability to view the property as if you were there and a video tour. The result was attendees at my open houses were only serious buyers. I had 50 groups come through the first weekend the property was available, ending up with multiple offers. I strongly recommend OTBx Air.

OTBx Air Boston did a fantastic job with my real estate listing photos and video. They are a solid team. I found OTBx Air Boston through Instagram. Alan reached out to me to explain the company services and assured me they could deliver a quality product. They were very responsive to my (many) emails and texts leading up to the photo shoot. On the day of the shoot, Kat and Thomas arrived and I was blown away by how attentive to details they were. They cared greatly about the details-- just as much as I did. They went above and beyond. I also felt very comfortable speaking on camera with the both of them present to help me through it. Kat has a great eye and is very talented. Her photography helped my listing stand out. This was my first time working with OTBx, so there was some back-and-forth figuring out what I was looking for, but the editing team was very good about my requests. Quick turnaround time. I would absolutely trust OTBx Air for all my future real estate photography and videography needs. You won't go wrong with them!

Just got through using OTBx Air for my recent residential listing. Kudos to this company for a great product without the usual hassle. I ordered the services from their app and was given notification when the photographer was on the way. They created a promo video along with my typical Matterport and photos and...wow! Just great work and I’m going to use that promo video as a marketing example for my next client. Highly recommending this company.

What a great crew of people over at OTBx!!! I recently launched my own independent brokerage and i wanted to make sure to set my brokerage apart from others, and what i had in mind was deliver listing videos/photos/3-D tours/drone etc like no other, and they have exceeded my expectations!!!
