We did Christmas minis and pictures with Santa with Pamela and it was such a fantastic experience! The set up was absolutely beautiful - it was very evident that Pamela put so much thought, time and care into it. She was very professional, kind and friendly and we really enjoyed getting our pictures done. Her assistant was very friendly as well and both did an amazing job keeping the attention of our 11 month old twins (which is not an easy job lol). Santa was so sweet and looked amazing! My family did the Santa Mini shoot back in the beginning of November. The overall experience was not bad. The kids got cute little stuffed reindeers from Santa as a gift which was super nice. The sets were very thought out and festive. I’m a HUGE Christmas lover so it was perfect. My kids loved the little red tricycle and the rocking horse.

I have to be honest, we were told pictures were to be expected in 2-3 weeks or sooner and we didn’t receive them for almost 5 weeks so that was a real bummer. However, when we finally received the photos they were better than expected. I had mentioned to Pamela before taking the pictures that I wanted some with my fiancé actually smiling and sure as heck almost all the pictures he’s in he has a big smile on his face!

Pamela was very apologetic about the delay with the photos and her customer care and service was fantastic. She was very quick with making things all better making me a very happy customer.

Sometimes life gets busy and as a parents to 2 toddler boys I understand getting things done can be next to impossible. I’m very pleased with the quality of the pictures and will use Pamela again in the future.
