Outstanding Spine Surgeon and Exceptional Office Manager!

I had been struggling with neck pain for a couple of years, trying to manage it conservatively with epidural shots and physical therapy. However, my condition worsened to the point where I couldn’t hold anything steadily with my hands. After consulting with another surgeon, I decided to seek a second opinion from Dr. Jankowski, and I’m so glad I did.

Dr. Jankowski’s professionalism, knowledge, and care are beyond words. He took the time to sit down with me and thoroughly explain every aspect of my condition and the treatment options. I felt completely informed and supported throughout the process.

I also want to give a huge shout-out to his right hand, the office manager Paritash. She was there for me every step of the way, answering all my questions with compassion and professionalism. Her polite and knowledgeable demeanor made a world of difference in my experience.

Now, three months post-surgery, I feel great! Dr. Jankowski and Paritash have truly given me back my quality of life. I can’t thank them enough!

Dr Jankowski is an excellent surgeon. He is kind and caring with a positive upbeat manner. After I visited another spinal doctor who told me that he would not recommend surgery for me because it was too risky, it was a relief when Dr. Jankowski told me that he could fix my problem.
After waking up from surgery, the pain was gone. I also must give credit Dr Jankowski's assistant, Paritash, for helping in my recovery and being there to answer the many questions I had after the surgery. Dr. Jankowski and Paritash continued to provide great care after the surgery in prescribing physical therapy and follow up x-rays along with Dr. Jankowski’s appointments.
Thank you, Dr. Jankowski, I have just returned from a 2 week European vacation and, without the surgery, I would have never been able to go, because I could only go for about 3 hours per day without extreme pain and, with the surgery, I was able to walk all day!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH RECEPTIONIST. I called regarding a spinal fracture and was referred to another doctor that could do vertebroplasty. I could not understand what receptionist was saying and I asked if she could spell out the name of the doctor so I made sure I got the correct name. Receptionist lashed out at me for asking and started screaming at me and was incredibly rude. She should be fired for talking to a customer the way she did. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I hope no one ever has to deal with that. Receptionist needs to be fired or trained not to take out her personal issues onto patients. Extremely bad for business and I will never be coming here again nor would I recommend to anyone.

When I called the office, I spoke to Paritash the office manager and she was so soft spoken and extremely kind. I was taken by surprise because I could not believe that people like this could even exist. Given my past experiences, it was hard to believe.
On top of that, Paritash the office manager had called me several times to make sure I knew exactly what i needed to do. I'm so grateful that I've had finally found the doctor and the staff that truly appreciate you as a person.
