I had my first experience with Peak Moments Photography, Inc. through my son’s Academy Little League. The day prior to picture day, I contacted the phone number on the flier to get some questions answered. Each time I called, the owner, Godfrey, personally answered the call. Furthermore, he answered all my questions thoroughly. He was extremely amiable, very helpful, and has exceptional customer service.

On site, it is rather chaotic given the number of kiddos, yet Godfrey knew his system and kept it running along smoothly. His wife, Diane, was also there assisting organization.

After pictures today, I called back to inquire about potential proofs. Once more, he answered my call and left me super satisfied. All in all, I would recommend, and I am pleased with price, quality and service!

Godfrey from Peak Moments has gone above and beyond for us not only once but twice. My child missed the team pictures for soccer last year and this year. He was kind enough to take time out of his evening, take a solo pic, in order to photoshop her into the team pic, this year and last year! He's kind, patient, courteous, professional, and creates truly stellar photographs.

Locally owned and awesome! Very responsive and easy to work with! Love that there are so many options and packages! They do great work and make great products. My experience includes individual and sports team pictures. Definitely recommend!

Peak Moments Photography was nothing short of awesome! My son had photos taken through the YMCA and he misplaced some of our order. I reached out to Peak Moments and they were able to order duplicates for us! They communicated along the way and both the first and second orders were seamless. Thank you so much, Peak Moments!

This is literally the worst company in the world. The owner, Godfrey, is a nightmare to work with. My child was there on time to take photos at the Y and they turned him away because they were "done for the day". I never received the picture plaque I paid for in the spring, and last year they forgot to give us his photos that I ordered and when they finally sent them, half of it was broken and I had to superglue it all together. Garbage company. Spend your money elsewhere. I would if there was another option for pictures for the Y sports teams.

Great customer service! I called to inquire about pictures taken 9 months ago 🤦🏽‍♀️. Godfrey answered EVERY question, proactively provided resource contact info and gave me alternative options, if I was unsuccessful in obtaining my pictures. Pictures secured!!! 🙌🏽

Please save yourself and keep looking for another photographer, I can not believe how disrespectful, rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional the staff and photographers were at my daughters 🏐 team pictures at the YMCA. Better off taking photos with your smart phone and doing it yourself. Just awful!
