Dr. Shipp is one of the best dentists I've seen. I've been seeing him for years before COVID, during and after. He's personable and takes the time to explain everything to you. He won't do unnecessary procedures just to make a profit like others may. He also uses new technology and I love not having half my mouth numb if I ever need to get any work done. I even take my kids to him. Their staff is amazing too and go above and beyond. The hand written note was much appreciated!

Dr Shipp and Staff are INCREDIBLE, I've been going to Dr Shipp for 11 years and I recommend them to everyone that'll listen. The staff is friendly, gentle and cares a lot about your teeth health. They ooze passion for their craft and everything has always been clean. Dr Shipp and staff will go above and beyond for their patients.

Great dentist office. Dr. Shipp is so gentle and the best dentist I’ve ever been to see. He gave me several numbing shots and didn’t hurt me. I highly recommend Dr. Shipp

Dr. Shipp claims to want to foster long standing patient relationships however the Minacious reality is mcuh different.
Office staff lies about benefits and Dr. Shipp expects patients to be okay under these circumstances. Dr. Shipp attemtped to coerce a apology for stsndign up for my rights as a patient thereby holding his staff accountable.
Would designate negative stars if possible.
Unfortunately Dr. Shipp believes he is not there to serve patients by not holding his staff to account.
Dr. Shipp also regularly removes his mask when talking to patients something any medical professional knows is unhealthy, dangerous, and unbecoming of a dentist during a pandemic. Nashvillians derserve better than Dr. Shipp and his uncontempt office staff that cannot determine benefits correctly.

You will not find a kinder group of people who want to work with! I look forward to my visits and appreciate their professionalism, personable approach and the time they take with each patient to ensure they are comfortable and happy with the service they receive. If I could give them more stars. . . I would!
