Dropped my film off here for the first time. As a photographer I am picky but figured I would give this new spot a chance. Crappy decision. I was told my digital file would be sent to me no later than “next week”. It is now the end of the week and I called to check in. The gentleman spoke over me, rushed me off the phone and hung up on me mid sentence… I’m not usually one to leave a bad review but this experience sucked.

Here is to hoping their development was at least better than their customer service. Fingers crossed but also, will not be using this service in the future.

We recently had a highly disappointing experience at this photo shop. We went in with a simple request: a single printout. What should have been a quick and straightforward task turned into a frustrating ordeal. We made to wait for half an hour without any clear explanation or acknowledgment of the delay.

The staff appeared disorganized and lacked basic customer service skills. Despite several attempts to get updates on the status of my print, I was met with indifferent and unhelpful responses. It felt as though my presence was an inconvenience rather than a valued interaction.

To make matters worse, there was no apparent system in place to manage customer flow or prioritize tasks efficiently. This not only wasted my time but also highlighted a significant lack of professionalism and consideration for customers.

If you’re looking for reliable and efficient service, we strongly suggest you avoid this photo shop. They clearly need to reassess their customer service approach and operational efficiency. For those who value their time and expect a basic level of respect and competence, there are much better options available elsewhere.

Bad experience don't go for family or special photo it is not comfort place very tight the room for family photo don't have enough space you don't have chance the way chose action because of tighten specs and was promised all my photos on a USB drive after the session. I paid for the full set of photos, but when I received the USB, there were only three photos.

Scammer....!!! Alert....!!!!!! Scammer.....!!!!!
Shop owner always give different price to different customer for Digital copy and photo print.
1- He charged tax but don't give tax receipt, he is doing a tax fraud
2- For Digital passport size photograph he charge $15 to me and when my brother went he charged $23
4-When I asked I need print copy as well he was asking me more money.
3- He was not ready to give print photograph and I have to tell him you are charging me $23 digital + print copy and making fool to my brother
