Dr. Lawall was great! Explained everything and showed genuine concern. Receptionist and techs were fantastic. However, when calling back to get assistance with medication as requested by the doctor, the nurse was abrupt, not caring and would not get message to the doctor.

My 84 year mother was refused service by the receptionist. We were informed of a late policy in which appointments are cancelled after 5 minutes. News to me. We arrived 10 minutes late and my mother has great difficulty walking and is very unstable on her feet. She worked so very hard to arrive at the appointment on time. There were no cars in the parking lot and no one in the waiting area. Just us. No empathy and no concern from the receptionist. A few sincere, caring words could have gone a long way in our situation.

This place has a crooked manager when called out about Dr Rivera nurse and him lieing about personal information want everyone to know about he is a crook seen him from 2017-2024 and don't know any more about my condition now then told me he don't bother with paperwork not to bother him had to fill out my own disability paperwork myself and get my primary doctor to sign off on it when it was ment for breathing doctor had to stay on his case to get my short term disability from work he is a lazy doctor just wanted to get me in and out and not have to bother with my concerns and questions

I found Dr. Terasaki and the members of his staff to be caring. Dr. Terasaki explained why I was having problems and explained the treatment he suggested and why. Most importantly, the treatment worked and I feel 100% better.

One star for being polite during office hours. Dr. Terasaki seemed personable and knowledgeable during my mother's first appointment. He ordered blood work and allergy testing and changed all of her current pulmonary medications. We were excited about the new changes and hoping for positive results. However, after a week, I had to call for the test results. Was told they had received them but Dr. Terasaki had not looked at them yet. Five more days passed and had to call again. I was given the allergy test results only. They did call me back with the blood work results later. I told Wendy then that the new medication was making my mom sick. She told me to stop giving it to her and she would get back to me. Did not hear back from them. Do they understand the seriousness of telling patients to stop their medication without further advisement? I don't believe they do. They are either very unorganized or just don't care about their patients. My mom is back with her doctor in Dallas and is being well taken care of. It's a shame that a 77 year old with respitory issues has to travel outside of Wichita Falls to get the medical care she deserves.

My wife was told by primary Dr that she may have lung cancer and has fluid in her lungs. Its been over a week and the Dr here has not even looked at her records. Seems they all work out of the hospital and do not make it to the office even when patients need piece of mind. I called the receptionist and told them my wife has been in pain and has had trouble breathing for days and her reply was "they don't treat pain". Not a great way to establish patient relationships.

Pulmonary services of north Texas has a rude staff, and if you don't happen to appreciate that fact and you get frustrated with them they will simply refuse to see you. apparently if their feelings get hurt or they get angry they will simply ignore their hippocratic oath, and let patients go without care, shame on you.

Great experience from receptionist to Dr Lawell to Erica for allergy testing. Highly recommend. All very caring people.
