This was my first time visiting this location and I loved the atmosphere. Shayy did my gel x nails and it came out better than I expected. I showed her my nail inspo and she did them with her own twist. She’s a true nail artist and takes her time to make sure you get what you want and more. This was my New years set done by Shay and I’m absolutely obsessed. Will come back again and again.

I’ve been going to P’zazz since 2021 now and they are the best (IMO) in Franklin. The owner is always kind and wants to make sure you get the correct service you booked for! I always ask my nail tech Kacy to do all kinds of designs and she always delivers! Can’t say enough great things!

I have been going here since 2010 and they have always provided clean, high quality services. They take appointments and stick to the times which helps me and my schedule. I recently went here to get a gel manicure and pedicure ahead of my wedding and they continued to do a great job. Kacie is my go to! Would highly recommend.

I giggled that someone said Gigi was unprofessional. That's the most absurd thing I've ever heard. Anyway the fact that this extremely busy, wonderful, nail salon is incredibly busy and is run by 1 or 2 people is a testament to how wonderful they are. Kacy is my lifeline and I'd never feel that I was in poor hands if she recommended me to someone else! Gigi is brilliant! They're genuinely happy to work with you and want to know exactly what you want - then deliver on that 100%. It's been a year and they can't get me out of there. 🙂 I've never been to a better nail salon. (HEAD'S UP WALK-INS: people book weeks out in advance, so if they can't serve you, that's the ONLY reason why. Otherwise they're always accommodating - just schedule 🙂 )

Absolutely amazing experience.I was leaving for a trip this afternoon and was in a desperate need to do my nails. I was a walk-in and I was able to be seen after a little bit. Shoutout to the young woman who added me on the list.Gigi was my nail technician and she worked wonders on my nails. I wasn’t sure what color I wanted and we settled on the pink ombré. I am so happy with the results. I had a lot of compliments from other clients in the store and all day today. The service was phenomenal. Every regular that walked in was greeted by name. I was very impressed that everyone remembered their clients name. I don’t live in the area but I will make sure to come back again! Thank you all for helping me today. I truly appreciate the level of care and empathy I received today. It truly made a difference in my crazy day.

Beautiful nail place but my nails did not last 1 week! I visited from Chattanooga for my birthday and my birthday nails were not good. I told the length I wanted and she still cut my nails too small. If I could do over I would wait at one of the extremely busy places instead.

I’m only adding 5 stars here on Google because GiGi is AMAZING and she means business!! 🙂

I brought both of my daughters into the nail salon and Ashley started on their nails. Ashley did a poor job and she complained about how wide my daughter’s nail beds were, told her “I can tell you don’t get your nails done” and she had an extremely poor attitude, and acted as if she did not like her job. Her customer service skills were obsolete. Ashley told me how long she had been at work that day and how tired she was and ready to go home. She was extremely passive aggressive in nature. She completely rushed on my daughter’s nails and she seemed incompetent and bothered. So unprofessional 🙁

I am so thankful that GiGi took the time out of her busy schedule to make sure my daughter’s nails looked good prior to leaving the shop. Gigi Gigi, you rock and we will be back because of you!! Thank you for making sure that my daughters were well taken care of for their winter formals.
