My sister had booked Rosa for a family portrait session and Rosa was great! She was able to accommodate a large group of people - all 15 of us. She was very patient with the kids and tried her best to get their attention for the photos. She was detail oriented such as where to place family members by clothing colour and asking us to fix wrinkles on our outfits before taking the photos to get the best shots. Also, fast turnaround time for the photos that we were able to receive it the next day. Her hourly rate is very reasonable. I would consider her services again next year for our next family reunion.

I found Rosa through Google as I needed a photographer that was able to photograph a large group. I was very specific with the date since we had family fly out of town for a milestone birthday celebration. Rosa was quick to respond. She offered a backup option of indoors incase the weather did not work out. Sure enough the weather didn’t and she was able to provide an indoor home studio option.
Rosa was professional and even showed up early to set up. She was helpful and had an eye for details for the large group of 15 we had… she noticed details with clothing and proper placement of people to balance the picture. She offered to do many poses and was so kind to do so with a group of children 6 and under which is quite the task to gain their attention.
I highly recommend Rosa for any photo sessions. She was lightning speed with emailing the photos back.

We were so happy with our photos! Rosa was very professional and so good with our 8 week old baby and 2.5 year old toddler and knowing how to pose them. We highly recommend Rosa and would use her services again in the future.

I would definitely not use Rosa. The first thing that was a bit odd to me was that she didn't want us to buy the groupon, she just wanted to honour the deal without buying it. Okay, I went with that.

She takes the photos, it’s all fine and dandy.

I go to look at the photos and they're heavily watermarked. You can barely tell which photos are good and which are not. You can't make out much on them due to all the watermarks. So I ask her to take the watermarks off because we cannot see which photos we want to have as the final fixed-up photos. She will not do it.
(I've never seen a professional photographer do this before and I've had professional photos taken in the past)

We finally just decide to pick random photos and the ones we picked, were not worth the money AT ALL.

I would highly recommend NOT going with her. She was very rude with us and her photos are sub-par.

We went for family photos with a six months old and a 2 years old a year ago. She made us feel very uncomfortable, the photo session was very stressful, she didn't seem to be nice with the kids. We scheduled thru grooupon and I regret choosing this option. All the photos of the kids look very uncomfortable. We practically run away from that place.

Very good customer service, excellent with babies, competative prices + quality of product. Only complaint is location: it is hard to find + very hot (no air conditioning) so taking photos at another location (so that no one is sweating in photos) is highly recommended.
