Roto Riot falsely accused me of fraud, yet I can't get a refund on my card without a drawn out dispute that could take 45 days. They won't return my calls nor will the parent company Unusual Machines answer theirs. This is a shady bunch, beware!!!

Bought one of their DJI starter kits and everything was bound and ready to rip immediately. Tuned to perfection. Skilite 3.5 flies awesome and the 4k/100fps footage is sweet with Rocksteady stabilization built in. I usually buy from Jason at the store front and he always guides me in the right direction.

My issue with RotorRiot is the customer service. I have never been able to get someone on the phone..ever. When I email them, it can take 2-3 days to get a response. When they do respond, the responses lack the detail I needed to solve the question I reached out to them about. This means you need to go back-and-forth with them over weeks to get a straight answer on something you want to buy or already have and had a question about. Because of this, I have purchased incorrect items and spent less time successfully flying. Disclosure: I'm a novice pilot so maybe RR is more geared towards people who already have all the answers. I'll probably use them again in the future but not as my first choice as there other retailers who can offer me more guidence when I need it.

Dissapointingly bad company, im a police officer in Alabama so I don't need to say that we don't make good money. with that said I splurged and bought the skyliner mk3 with an 03 air unit. on its second flight I lost video connection less than 200 feet away and it flew away never to be seen again. after 3 weeks of back and forth emails with the support company, their conclusion was a $50 gift card to "help me replace my fault quad".... that quad costs $700 before shipping. Really disappointed in them as I was a huge fan of their youtube channel

Thanks to everyone from Rotor Riot I got into FPV and I enjoy flying.

In August 2023 I ordered my first drone from them, but as it arrived at my address in Spain, the frame was broken, Spain customs didn't take care of the package. I contacted their support and they resolved the issue quickly sending me replacement parts.

Thanks to Jason and Tyler from the support team I got my drone in the air and flying!

If you want to get into FPV I highly recommend getting a drone from them, the build quality is just amazing.

These guys got you covered, right before my trip to Florida I ended up breaking my drone frame and was unable to order a replacement in time. Luckily Rotor Riot has a physical shop in Orlando. I walked in holding my drone and was immediately helped out, if you need a drone or anything drone related check out their shop. Real quality stuff

I've only recently gotten into FPV, but it's dug its hook into me quickly. I'm flying every day, crashing every day, and the guys at Rotor Riot have always kept me in the air. I've made multiple trips out there or had multiple orders shipped every week for the last 6 weeks, they've all been timely with zero issue.

Upon not being able to find some parts, Tyler not only helped me make sure I diagnosed an issue correctly, but walked me through alternative options, and anything I'd need additional to change parts. I'll continue purchasing everything I need from these guys, they're the best.
