We hired Rouen to repair a leak on our roof and add ventilation to the attic. After contacting several roofing companies for quotes, Rouen offered the most affordable. They took care of the permits and completed the project in a timely manner. They are very professional and a pleasure to work with. I’ve used Rouen a few times in the past and never a problem after their repairs. Just used them a couple days ago and once again No leaks, even after these heavy rains !!! They are also very professional and reasonably priced ?. I highly recommend them for any roof problems
