Absolutely phenomenal service! When my truck broke down in the middle of nowhere, they responded faster than I thought possible. Not only did they come out ASAP as they said(only 40minutes!!!!!), but their technician was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
They didn’t just fix the problem—they went above and beyond to ensure my truck was road-ready and safe for the long haul. Their equipment was top-notch, and you can tell they truly care about their customers.
The pricing was fair, especially considering the exceptional service and peace of mind they provided. I can’t recommend them enough! If you’re ever in a bind in Houston, trust me—these are the guys want on your side!!!!

Mr Sam and his crew from Sam’s Road Side Service were wonderful. They waited after close time for me to bring my truck to them. They started checking it out right away. Found the problem and got me on the road as soon as possible. Their service was fast, great and their prices were fare. They made me feel like family and had just met them.

Bro this guy is the best, he fixed a problem that I had with an air leak on my Western that had previously been fixed by the dealership. The dealership took 5 hours to replace the same hose a year ago and I remembered that the mechanic said that the hose was rubbing against the frame but guess what, he replace the hose but didn't secure it so that it wouldn't rub against the frame and a year later I was having the same issue. Sam and his amazing team replaced and Secured the hose so that this wouldn't happen again and here's the kicker, it only took them 20 minutes from start to finish. Houston we have a good one with Sam. God Bless you brother

These guys are fantastic. I was broke down on train tracks and these guys flew to me, fixed me enough to get me off the tracks and then finished the rest in 101 degree heat with smiles the whole time. Not to mention their work was top notch. The whole reason that they had to come out was because of someone else’s shoddy repair. These guys went above and beyond getting me off the road.
