We had a wonderful experience! I was given the task, very last minute, of finding a photographer within 20 hours of a beach engagement proposal. Signed up, got a response within 20 minutes from Robbie, he was polite and professional. Big range of emotions that afternoon, and Robbie kept everything together with his experience and expertise! He was awesome! Everything went smoothly from signing up sharing the photos. I don't know what I would have done without Snappr, this was absolutely the perfect solution for us. Thanks Snappr!!

I booked a family photoshoot one month in advance for my niece and nephew flying in for the holiday. I was told the photographer I picked would reach out within 24 - 48 hrs of when the shoot was booked. I paid in advance.

I never heard back from the photographer. When I noticed this, I immediately emailed Snappr and probably sent dozens of emails over the course of the few weeks. At one point, someone called me and assured me the photographer would reach out within 24 hrs. That didn't happen. When I let them know no one reached out, I was ghosted and no one responded.

2 days before the shoot, after sending another frustrated email, I was told the photographer cancelled. I was left stranded with no photographer less than 48 hrs before the time. When I asked for a refund, no refund was offer despite not receiving the service and having to scramble last minute to find someone else.

Honestly I feel very scammed.

We wanted candid group photos that we didn't have to take with a selfie stick. I booked Snappr same day, within 2 hours, though it required a short notice fee. The photographer was pleasant, professional and patient with our group of four. The photos are lovely and service was well worth it to me.
