Very bad experience. I needed change trailer air bag. Check in at 6:15 am they called me at 9:30 am that I can come. I spend all day, and at 4:30 pm they told me that can't fix. And if I wanted I can go. I don't know how much money that want for nothing. If it possible never come to TA, it's always the same result. Spend all day for nothing. use small workshops, they will do the same job in half an hour. the problem is that these guys are paid hourly and there is no point in them hurrying.

They didn't change anything. I told him that the brakes were leaking and asked him to quote. He told me about $200, and later told me that it was nearly $300. My boss said it was too expensive not to repair them. Later, when i ready to leave, they charged $76. Did nothing.

Have some dignity boys. Charging hard working man out there. Not even to your pocket but for organization. I bet TA wouldn't want that bad name for your overcharging. You unscrewed 2 screws, and removed it, in less than 10 minutes, charged $78. Come on guys, it's like $500 an hour you guys charging there. Pretty sure none of you joined straight out of Harvard.

Horrible 3-4 guys walking around 6 hour wait time, they hanging out by the containers. I wasn’t hable to do the wheel alignment these guys don’t care. You would think they understand truckers

The guys did great! We had a little wait time but nothing major. They were nice and did everything we asked. They busted there butt to get us out and we needed a lot done! We were there for a while (not their fault we just needed a lot done) they had to wait for a part as well. Over all that’s the best truck stop I’ve been to!

The repairman worked for two hours, and the staff at the front desk were careless. After countless interruptions and countless departures, they will slowly check you out. This checkout took one hour, yes, you are at the front desk waited over an hour
