The drone repair was great experience from the start was quick on the response and set up a time to for me to drop it off as I’m local to the Irvine area. I dropped it off on a Monday they provided me a quote on what was damaged from me crashing it. I told them to proceed with the fixes and they had repaired by Thursday afternoon and I picked up. Great thing is they checked in to make sure I didn’t have any troubles picking it up and the next day if I had a chance to fly to make sure everything was ok with it. That in my book seals the deal as a returning customer and recommending them to people.

A bad crashed on my DJI Mini 4 Pro left the gimbal malfunctioning and the rubber needs to be replaced. Sent to the Drone Repair, the team quickly responded gave me a repair quote. After I approved, they finished it in couple days. What a great service. Received my drone like a brand new again. I really made a perfect choice having them fixed my drone.

I crashed my DJI Mavic Air 2 into a tree last Friday, and immediately found The Drone Repair. I got my drone back yesterday (Tuesday) after about a week. This timeline included shipping the drone to their facility, the repairs, and getting it back to me.

Everything was smooth and professional. They found other issues in my drone and recommended that I have those fixed. Overall, the price is affordable and I'm extremely thankful for this wonderful service.

When I picked up my drone (they usually ship it, but I lived in the same county), the person spent a significant amount of time giving me more tips about how to care for my drone. Amazing individual and company that goes above and beyond.

Would definitely work with them again (if I don't crash my drone again) and highly recommend to anyone needing drone repair.

BEWARE!!! They said 5 days to repair, it's been three weeks and we still don't have a fixed drone or an answer of when it will be repaired, going to pick it up and take somewhere else, they will not return the drone! Have made several attempts, I am now contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Irvine Police dept. and filing theft charges.

LEGIT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
They ultimately talked themselves OUT of repairing my DJI Spark gimbal.
The cost of the repair was more than a cherry used one off of eBay.
They said the cost of replacing the gimbal was not even worth it. They could have EASILY convinced me to send it in for the repair and I would have gladly paid it.
BUT they were honest and told me my options and even said check out a DJI fly more kit at Costco.
They didn't make a sale... but they gained my respect and this good review for being honest and stearing me in the right direction. Legit~

My DJI Mini 3 pro had a bad crash that left it with a broken front arm.
