I recently visited this shop today, and I have to say, their service was absolutely outstanding! From start to finish, the staff were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my experience.

The quality of their work is top-notch, and the attention to detail is truly impressive. It’s rare to find a business that combines great customer service with such exceptional craftsmanship. I’m so pleased with the results and will definitely be returning for future projects. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for photography printing and framing services in Birmingham!

Wonderful small business! We’ve been several times for prints and passport pictures for our newborn and we always leave satisfied. More recently we went to have our wedding pictures printed for our wall and it was so lovely to speak to someone friendly and explain the current frames hanging in our homes where they were able to match it to perfection. When we couldn’t decide between pictures but didn’t have enough wall space, they were so helpful offering alternatives with multiple pictures in a frame, advising what would look best and we were able to achieve everything we described. No matter the time it takes, they’re so patient also which brings enjoyment to the process from start to end. We’ll continue to be returning customers.

Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill. It used to be well-run by an older gentleman, but since the change in management, standards have slipped.

I placed an order for cine reel conversion, was given a quote over the phone, and paid via a digital link. However, my payment was lost, and the order was never confirmed. I had to call the store two or three times before they finally realised what had happened.

When I complained, I spoke to a colleague who was more interested in talking over me than actually listening. The call ended with, "It's above my pay grade; I'll get the manager to call you." The manager didn’t call back for a week.

When he finally did, I lost count of how many times I was told, "We're a small business," alongside excuses about the till system. He reassured me, "Don’t worry, next time you come in, we’ll sort out a future discount as an apology."

When I went in to collect my order and asked about the discount for some slides, surprise, surprise—it was suddenly off the table because they’re a small business. I had to remind them of our previous conversation, only to be told, "Well, it won’t be much."

Honestly, avoid this place. After more than 15 years of using their services, I won’t be going back. I’d rather pay more elsewhere and save myself the grief!

Finding The New Photo Company has been one of my best finds.
I was fed up of poor on-line photographs where colours were poor or not as they were on my original, poor quality paper etc.Not anymore. The New Photo Company spend time with you and check every single photo before printing. They give good advice on composition etc etc. I cannot praise them enough.
TRY THEM, you will not be disappointed !

The New Photo Company is remarkably EXCEPTIONAL!!! My father recently passed (14 years after my mom). I wanted to have the photo of their wedding enlarged and framed. The kindness of the team, their recommendations on the best options for framing, matting and even giving the photo a warming tint, was unmatched.
I live in the United States but will use them again any time I’m in the UK and will spread the word far and wide that they are the place to go for this kind of work.

I am privileged to have found Supreet, and this printing company this year. His advice is that of an artist in his field, a man with a passion for visual composition. Coming from a visual arts background myself (painter/drawer, not printing), I wanted someone who would discuss, advise and enhance my presentation of pictures. Someone with superior understanding of printing and the digital world. Art pieces are what I seek even from photos!

Stunning printing quality, choice of quantity frames, and really thoughtful advice. The team were great at suggesting potentially suitable frames and showing different options, and slightly editing the photo to match the print and frame for a stunning end result! Very quick service (and attentive), reasonably priced and very friendly / accommodating.

These guys are amazing! We used them to print signage and thank you cards for our wedding and every time we dropped in we were so impressed with the service. Friendly, really helpful, and clearly experts at what they do - they made helpful suggestions and spotted little formatting tweaks that could be made to ensure the final products we got looked perfect. Nothing was too much trouble and everything with a smile (and a dog or two for company while we waited!) Will definitely be getting photographs printed with them in future!
