Just had a picture day with THE SCHOOL PHOTO COMPANY. Satisfied with the service and quality of pictures, amazing bunch of professionals. This is our second year with them, and we’re going to never let them go.

I want to first and foremost say I do not write reviews about companies. With that being said, whoever is in charge of management should seriously be evaluated or re trained or simply just fired. They have no customer service skills whatsoever and did nothing except forcefully refund my money instead of just help me resolve a very minor issue. I was sent the wrong photo package and all I needed was to have the correct one sent to me. They took more than two months to respond to me via email. And when they finally did, they just accused my daughter of not submitting the proper envelope as well as blaming the parent coordinator of not having the photos. All of which are completely incorrect. We have all the evidence … they just could not be bothered. So I don’t know if this is a fluke chance I just got the one employee who doesn’t care about his job or the company is just that shady because they have 5 stars. If I could have given no stars. That would’ve been my first option.

I coordinated for our school! Eitan was amazing and we hope to use you guys again for future picture days at Michelle Obama Elementary! Our parents and teachers love the quality they produce! They also take their time with preschool which is SUPER IMPORTANT! 10/10 will book them again!

We're a new school and were searching like crazy for a photo place to do our winter photos (last school year we did not have a good experience with our local city company.)

When we found School Photo we made sure to read reviews first for sure! This company exceeded our expectations! The photos were high quality! The students had fun and the photographers are super experienced with younger students such as PreK and Kindergarten! They will keep taking the picture until the students gets it done right! Very awesome! Delivery is quick (especially if you make sure to follow up!) Highly recommended! Great service!

Sure i can rewrite the review i did it i don’t know how it didn’t show, i hope you did check my other 12 reviews ? my only problem was that i call and made an appointment they told me to come on a holiday when i got there it was closed then i call and they said we don’t open on a holiday even though they gave me an appointment, this was my only disappointment, i went back to the studio and the guys were really nice to me..
