Its sad. That person has to do this. To get some type of satisfaction. I've had my drone for over 6 weeks now. First they said they couldn't fix it. Next time they said they couldn't fix it. They offered me another drone. For $630. I asked them. This was a new drone still in the box. Or a reconditioned drone. They wouldn't answer, so I assumed that it's one that has been repaired. My wife and I. On vacation property. In Myrtle Beach, SC. And would rent it through VRBO. I know. What a bad review can do to your business. However. I have no choice.

Great Service! I highly recommend the crew at Vertigo Drones! From the initial check in and write up with Amanda, working with Joe and speaking with their technician Yanny, it's clear that these guys really know what they're doing. They are personable, knowledgeable and honest. I will absolutely return for all of my future repair needs. Thanks again guys! (side note: It's a little confusing finding them for the first time, so I've included pics. Just go to the address, follow the driveway and you will soon arrive at the best drone repair shop around!)

This was the first time I’ve ever gotten a drone repaired and Michael made it a very VERY easy process. Step by step i was able to learn a few things in the process as to how badly i damaged the drone camera as well as being told step by step the needs and what was needed to be done to repair said camera. Michael is a great tech I’m looking forward to much more work with vertigo drones and hope they continue to do business with me! Thanks guys!

Wish I did not have to even give them a 1. It's too high. I ordered a controller for my drone in April. After a few weeks I called to find out where it was and they told me that it had been returned and that they would send it back out. I just called after another few weeks of waiting and found out that they no longer have any of what I ordered in stock and are giving me a refund. Never got one phone call about this, not one email and not one offer of anything to make this right!!! My advice would be to use someone else!!! There are too many companies out there on line to have to deal with this kind of service. If I would not have called about it then I would have never gotten anything and they just keep the money!!! Very poor!!!
