I deserve my money back after this horrible service. Same day pickup is a joke. A day later it's still "processing". Did chat support and they couldn't help me then called that walmart and everytime they transferred me to this joke of a photo department it would ring for several minutes then automatically ping me back to the main customer service desk. DO NOT order prints from this walmart! Completely unreliable

So, my first experience there, I ordered a canvas print online and when I opened it in store it was blank. $10 for a blank canvas. If the image file didn't go through, why would they charge me $10 for a blank canvas when I could just get one in any store for cheaper? I went to customer service up front and had to wait quite a bit for them to figure out how to refund me but they finally did.

Yesterday, I went in at 4pm and ordered same day prints (photos and a second try at that canvas). The ticket order said pickup time was 8:55pm same day. I get there at the time and there is no one at the counter. I press the pinpad on the counter to request help. Waited 10 minutes and finally just flagged down one of the many workers that have come by and not asked me if I needed help. He starts to look and my order is scattered all over the print area. 4x6s are done, but 5x7s aren't trimmed so he starts doing that and bags them. I asked about the mounted photo I ordered and it hasn't been done. They guy says he'll be right back and walks off. After a few minutes, a younger man comes up and asks what is happening. I have to fill him in. He proceeds to tell me the photo lab closes at 8 and I can just pick it all up next day. I have to show him my ticket and point out the pickup time and tell him that I paid for same day, so I want my photos today. Why does the lab close at 8 and they allow pick-up times past that? Long story short, I paid for my prints, but was told the mounted photo won't be available until the next day. Well, I didn't pay for it and I'm not going back for it. What a collosal waste of my time.

My photographer friend recommended an online print shop to me, so I'm going that route. It may be more expensive, but at least I won't have to deal with this mess... And honestly, the prints themselves from Walmart were so-so at best. Not very crisp. I'm not coming back here again.

08/17/23 just got discriminated by the lady in the self checked out assuming that I wasn’t going to pay for my stuff when I explain her I’m using a gift card for this items and another card for the others just wow assuming I’m stealing in front of my family

If you have Walmart send your order here, it will never be processed, so it will never be available. Would recommend sending to another location or another company
