I felt compelled to share my experience with this technician, who truly exemplifies what it means to be a technician in every sense of the word. Let me start by recounting my harrowing experience: I nearly lost my drone when a plastic string became tangled on the rear right leg, causing it to fall from about 65 feet and land on a rooftop. After a significant recovery mission, I was fortunate to retrieve most of it, but I knew it was practically destroyed. A friend recommended this technician, praising his exceptional repair services. Hopeful that my drone might fly again, I decided to make the trip, over 75 miles, with several tolls and bridges believing that diligence would pay off.

Upon arrival, I met Jason. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to thoroughly explain the repair process. He reassured me that he would do his best to get my Mavic back in the air. I entrusted him with my drone and awaited his call. He promptly reached out to inform me that the damages were worse than anticipated, but he remained committed to repairing it, refusing to accept failure. Although he may have considered sending it back to DJI for assistance, his dedication and discipline drove him to see the project through.

Before long, Jason called to share the fantastic news: he had successfully repaired my drone and got it back in the air! He expressed that restoring a drone brings him immense pride and satisfaction. I understood that my drone was likely one of the most challenging cases he had encountered, but Jason persevered. His commitment to completing the job brought both of us great joy. My drone was fixed, as though it had never been broken.

I am extremely grateful for Jason's unwavering dedication and commitment to his work. There are people who fix things, and then there's Jason, an exceptional technician who goes above and beyond the call of service. I Highly recommend Jason. I live in NJ & his ratings gravitated me to go to brooklyn to get my drone fixed. Once I got there he was quick to work on my drone, thankfully in a short period he fixed my drone & also gave me tips on better care for my drone.
